Welcome to Intonetic, operated by DigitalScarlet LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website, booking a service, purchasing a program, joining a membership, subscribing to a monthly plan, or using any of our digital products or materials, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree with them, please do not use our website, services, programs, memberships, or digital products.

1. Use of Our Website and Services

You must be at least 16 years old to use our services.

By using our website, booking coaching, purchasing a program, joining a membership, subscribing to a monthly plan, or accessing our materials, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Use the services only for lawful purposes
Not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to interfere with the website, platform, community, or other users’ experience
Respect our intellectual property and proprietary content
Not share, copy, resell, or redistribute our paid materials without written permission

2. Educational Services and Results Disclaimer

Intonetic provides educational accent coaching, pronunciation training, communication training, and related learning materials.

Our services are designed to help improve speech clarity, pronunciation, rhythm, intonation, listening awareness, and communication confidence. However:

Results vary from person to person
Progress depends on consistency, practice, native language, learning history, and individual effort
We do not guarantee native-like pronunciation, accent elimination, or any specific personal, professional, or financial outcome
You are responsible for applying the techniques, completing practice work, and using the materials appropriately

Intonetic does not provide medical advice, speech-language pathology, diagnosis, therapy, or licensed clinical services.

3. Coaching Services

Coaching sessions must be paid for in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Sessions are typically scheduled through Calendly or another scheduling tool.

If payment is not received before the session start time, the session may be canceled.

You may reschedule a coaching session free of charge with at least 12 hours’ notice.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 12 hours’ notice may be counted as a used session and are non-refundable.

No-shows or missed sessions without notice will also be considered used.

Repeated short-notice cancellations or missed sessions may result in forfeiture of future sessions or removal from the program.

If technical issues or emergencies arise, we may work with you to find an alternative time at our discretion.

4. Multi-Session Coaching Packages

If you purchase a multi-session coaching package, such as a 12-session program, you are purchasing a package of sessions to be used within the applicable access period.

Used sessions, missed sessions, and sessions canceled with less than 12 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

Unused sessions may be eligible for a pro-rated refund only as described in our Refund Policy.

All purchased coaching sessions must be used within 6 months of the original payment date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Unused sessions after this period will expire and are not eligible for refund, credit, or rescheduling.

5. Monthly Payment Plans for Coaching Programs

Some coaching programs may be offered with a monthly payment plan.

A monthly payment plan is not a month-to-month subscription. It is a payment arrangement that allows you to pay the full program value over time.

By choosing a monthly payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments for the full program value, even if you stop attending, cancel sessions, or choose not to continue using the service.

Failure to complete scheduled payments may result in suspension or termination of access to coaching, materials, or program resources.

6. Monthly Subscriptions and Memberships

Some Intonetic programs, including Accent Studio and Studio Plus, may be offered as monthly subscriptions or memberships.

By subscribing, you agree that you will be charged the listed monthly price on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

Subscription prices, billing frequency, and access details are shown at checkout.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at:

Once your subscription is canceled, you will not be charged again.

Cancellation stops future billing. It does not automatically create a refund for previous billing periods.

Subscription payments are non-refundable once access for that billing period has been provided, whether or not you actively use the program during that month.

We do not provide refunds for previous billing periods, unused time, inactivity, failure to use the program, or failure to cancel before the next billing date.

If your payment fails, your subscription access may be suspended or removed.

We reserve the right to modify, update, add, or remove membership content over time.

7. Digital Products and Materials

All digital materials, videos, worksheets, recordings, guides, templates, exercises, and other educational resources provided by Intonetic or DigitalScarlet LLC are protected by copyright.

You may use them for your own personal learning and development.

You may not:

Copy, sell, share, publish, upload, distribute, or redistribute them
Give other people access to paid materials
Use the materials to create competing products or services
Record, reproduce, or republish paid lessons or community content without written permission

Digital products and downloadable resources are non-refundable once delivered or made available, unless there is a verified technical issue preventing access.

8. Community Access and Conduct

Some programs or subscriptions may include access to a private community, group, or platform, such as Skool or another third-party platform.

By participating in our community, you agree to:

Treat other members respectfully
Not harass, threaten, spam, insult, or abuse other members or Intonetic staff
Not share private community content outside the group
Not promote unrelated products or services without permission
Not misuse the group or disrupt the learning environment

We may remove your community access if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, behave abusively, or harm the experience of other members.

Removal from the community due to misconduct does not entitle you to a refund.

9. Lifetime Access and Platform Access

Some programs may include access to materials described as “lifetime access.”

Unless otherwise stated in writing, “lifetime access” means access for as long as the product, program, folder, platform, or service remains available and supported by Intonetic.

Access may be affected by platform changes, account issues, data deletion requests, service discontinuation, or policy updates.

We reserve the right to update how materials are hosted or delivered.

Access is:

Tied to the email address used during registration
Not transferable
For personal use only
Revocable upon violation of these Terms, data deletion request, payment failure, or misuse of our materials

10. Payments and Billing

All payments are securely processed through third-party payment processors, such as Stripe, Skool, or other approved platforms.

By submitting payment information, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the service, program, membership, subscription, or product you purchase.

You are responsible for keeping your billing information accurate and up to date.

For recurring subscriptions, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.

For payment plans, you authorize scheduled payments until the full agreed program price has been paid.

11. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.

By purchasing, subscribing, or accessing our services, you agree to the Refund Policy in effect at the time of purchase, subscription, or renewal.

Refunds are not issued for changes of mind, unmet expectations, inactivity, scheduling conflicts, failure to use the service, or failure to cancel before a recurring billing date, unless otherwise stated in writing.

12. Free Assessments

We may offer free accent assessments or consultation calls.

Free assessments are offered for informational and educational purposes only.

We reserve the right to decline, reschedule, or refuse free assessments at our discretion.

A free assessment does not guarantee acceptance into a paid program or any specific result.

13. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, images, videos, lessons, worksheets, guides, course materials, frameworks, exercises, and educational resources are the property of DigitalScarlet LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, exploit, or use our materials commercially without written permission.

14. Third-Party Platforms

Some services may be delivered through third-party platforms such as Skool, Google Drive, Calendly, Stripe, Zoom, or similar tools.

Your use of those platforms may also be subject to their own terms, privacy policies, and account requirements.

We are not responsible for outages, technical issues, policy changes, account restrictions, or interruptions caused by third-party platforms.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, DigitalScarlet LLC shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
Loss of income, profits, data, business opportunities, or reputation
Service interruptions, technical issues, or platform outages outside our control
Any outcome resulting from your use or inability to use our services

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for services in the last 90 days.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services, programs, memberships, digital products, or community if:

You violate these Terms
You fail to complete required payments
You misuse our platform, materials, or community
You share, copy, or redistribute paid materials without permission
You behave abusively toward Intonetic, its staff, coaches, or other members
You request deletion of data that is necessary to provide access

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion, to the extent permitted by law.

Termination due to violation of these Terms does not entitle you to a refund.

17. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The latest version will be posted on this page with the effective date noted above.

The version in effect at the time of purchase, subscription, or renewal will generally apply to that transaction.

Continued use of our services after updates are posted means you accept the updated Terms going forward.
