Refund Policy

At Intonetic, operated by DigitalScarlet LLC, we are committed to providing exceptional coaching services with transparency and fairness. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may or may not be granted.
By purchasing any of our services or programs, you agree to the following terms:
1. General Policy
- All coaching sessions must be paid for in advance.
- Refunds are not available for sessions that have already been delivered or missed without proper notice.
- A session is considered used if:
- It was completed with your coach, or
- You canceled or failed to attend with less than 12 hours’ notice
2. Multi-Session Packages
If you purchase a multi-session package (e.g., 12-session program):
- You are eligible for a pro-rated refund for unused sessions only
- Refunds must be requested in writing via email
- Used, missed, or short-notice canceled sessions will be deducted from your refund at the per-session rate applicable at the time of purchase
- Refunds are not issued after 6 months from the initial payment date, regardless of how many sessions were used
3. Monthly Payment Plans
Clients on a monthly plan agree to pay the full program value over time.
- You are still responsible for completing payments even if you cancel sessions or stop attending
- No refunds will be issued for missed sessions unless otherwise agreed in writing
4. Free Assessments and Digital Products
- Our initial accent assessment is free and non-refundable (as no payment is made)
- Digital products (e.g., downloadable resources or guides) are non-refundable once delivered, unless there is a technical issue preventing access
5. Session Expiration
- All purchased sessions must be used within 6 months of the original payment date
- Any unused sessions after this window will expire and are not eligible for refund or rescheduling
6. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered in the event of:
- Duplicate payments
- A verified technical issue preventing service delivery
- Coach cancellation without alternative scheduling
All exception requests will be reviewed individually and must be submitted to nikola@intonetic.com within a reasonable timeframe.
