Why Accent Coaching?
As an English teacher, I’ve worked with thousands of non-native speakers across various online platforms and programs from all over the world over the last 10 years.
And time after time, I saw the same pattern:
No matter how fluent or advanced my students were, the same challenge kept showing up again and again – their accent.
I watched incredibly smart, capable people struggle to be taken seriously—not because of their skills or ideas, but because of how they sounded.
I saw the hesitation in meetings, the awkward silences after misheard words, the frustration of having to repeat themselves over and over.
That stuck with me.
It also shaped my mission.
The Turning Point
That’s when I decided to go beyond grammar and vocabulary and specialize in what really moves the needle: pronunciation, rhythm, stress, and intonation.
